Finally Louisa Lace Vintage is alive!

It's taken a little while, but with some help from my lovely friends the store is up and running. Yay!

A sneaky preview!

Yesterday my friend Tayte came over to help me set up the layout and things for my ebay store which is opening this Sunday! (Note the link on the right)

I have been collecting vintage clothes/bags/pretty things for ages now.
To start with I was buying them all for myself but then it got to the point where I would just buy something because I liked it, even if it didn't fit me at all. I decided the best idea would be to start a shop so that i could share my vintage delights all around!

Presents!

Here are some lovely banners that my friend Tayte made for me! She has banner making skills that are good. Note that I have attached one to this blog and it looks so wonderful.

I will be using them in my ebay store too....which is opening so ridiculously soon.

I decided to try my hand at making one too.....with a little photoshop tutorial from my brother, this is what I came up with.

So i'm not sure why the berries and writing are purple here because everywhere else they're red. Hmmm...oh well.

Anyway, it's for use in my etsy store.....so there's nothing actually in it yet but you can see my banner in the real colours at least!

In return for the lovely banners I made Tayte this small deer.

Things I love today

My new dress.

I got it from an op shop about one week ago and I think it is SO pretty! With its little belt and gathers and colours and pattern.

It hadn't been out and about on the real world until yesterday when I went on a New Farm park adventure with my friend Emma and our dogs.

It was fun.

Frankie Magazine.

It has the best articles and cute things that I love. I get so intensly excited whenever it comes in the mail. Sometimes I get so overwhelmed by it's niceness that I don't know where to start and I just want to eat it up so it's all in my belly.

Flowerbomb Perfume.

It is my favourite smell in the world forever and the bottle is grenade shaped!

Ipod Tunes.

Strawberry Sundae Lifesavers.

These are AMAZING! I hadn't had them for ages and then they were in my dream the other night so i decided to buy some. They are now my favourite lolly. Try them right now.

White Rose Buttons.

I'm in the process of making a dress that will use these sweet little buttons. It will be pink.

My New Bird Cushion.
My mum bought this for me today because she supports my "pictures of birds" obsession. I thought it was very sweet of her.

Bubble Tea.
I love bubble tea. It is so sweet and milky and chewy and delicious. The fat straw is so fun and I just really love it.
Except.....I really only enjoy the EasyWay one. It is the most sweet and the bubbles have just the right consistency.

Things I don't like today:
That I have to do a lot of annoying things next week in order to get centrelink dollars.
That Dools was not on triple J today...he is my future husband.
That people who work at officeworks aren't very good at doing things (well, one of them).
That the shoes I was planning to wear tomorrow night need to be re-heeled and I haven't organised it.
